My yoga teacher has been constantly telling me that by doing yoga daily, it will help your body and mind to rest .
Yesterday, after the emotional turmoil – all I did was the basic warming up exercise with 2 additional nervous system Kriya .
And I slept like a baby – for this first time in the longest time I didn’t hear my alarm clock go off. I think both my mind and body needed that sleep yesterday .
Hence, I would say when one is at an emotional stage – people would tend to listen and try.
